The Big Bend Maritime Center

The Big Bend Maritime Center is a non-profit education center located in Panacea, Florida, dedicated to preserving and interpreting Big Bend maritime heritage through hands-on education experiences. The Center is 100% volunteer run, and provides a variety of educational programs and resources related to maritime activities.  We aim to create a community of lifelong learners who are passionate about the ocean and all it has to offer.
